Just out of curiosity... has anyone else imported a copy of this fine specimen?

I heard from a few folks that, they got the game imported. I also saw it on a TechTV(a technology tv station) show and the game looked really cool. Anyone who hasn't seen the gameplay yet should checkout any kind of videos that are out for it. Who knows maybe there is a link somewhere on this forum.

Check the ps2 discussion board...I recently imported the PS2 version of Soul Calibur 2, and I am enjoying very much...you can post something there and ask me about it there :)

What's up people, Jack Burton gave me the address for this sight while I was visiting in Lawrence.

I have had the GC import since the end of march, it's been well worth the investment. I don't play with the GC pads tho, I use dual shocks with the nyko playcube converters. The converters even support sticks.

Anyway, compared to the PS2 import, I'd say they look pretty much the same, but the GC version has less slowdown and load time issues. We have a gaming network and site for New Mexico, and we've had four tournaments. It's pretty fun, we play a lot, and we're gearing up for a gamestop SC2 tournament this Sunday.

I'll be back in Lawrence this coming weekend, hopefully I can get a few hours of SC2 in while I'm there.
I'll be damned if I ever get beat by a button masher!!!
