cool i got the arcade forum, I shall now become supreme overlord of all arcades, and shall be know as the prince of flames"all hail the flaming prince", wait no, thats not what i said.
pretty much the only reason i go to arcades now a days is to play ddr, soul caliber 2, time crisis 3, and virtual on, so uh how bout you guys, or am I the only person left alive that still goes to arcades?

When I find one worth going, I usually go. Few things can compare to a true arcade setting. Unfortunately there aren't many around me.

Arcades can rock, but they can suck wang too. Depends on what games, and what kind of people the place has.

Now, now, Break, remember, we do have the arcade in the bowling alley that doesn't totally blow. It has Virtual-On, after all.
Speaking of arcade settings, a guy came into Office Depot today wanting to buy a chair off of me that was just like the ones at AdrenaLAN, so since it came up, I mentioned the upcoming NVGL for you guys. You can thank me later.
Oh, and yes, fuzzy IS Satan, as he states above.

One question: Is Time Crisis 3 out? If so, can anyone tell me where to find one. If not, when?

They need to open up another arcade in Lawrence. I don't know how long you guys have been in Lawrence, but there used to be Planet Pinball on 23rd on that corner with Walgreens, checkers, and amoco. They had some good 2D and 3D stuff in there, but it went out a few years ago.

I'm going to get an arcade stick soon so I don't handicap myself when I play in the arcades. The pad is great, but there's definitely an adjustment when I play in the arcade, despite how stick friendly SC2 is.

I like arcades. I actually wish someone would open up a good Retro arcade with some old school games all running good. Gimme some double dragon, shinobi, elevator action, spy hunger, tron, discs of tron, rastan, ninja warriors, final fight, kung fu, strider, and all kinds of old arcade classics. Arcades were a blast back in the days. I know I really quit going after I got my PS1.
I'll be damned if I ever get beat by a button masher!!!
