PDZ is some tight shit. There was just simply no way I was going to be able to wait until next year. It's awesome. All 3 360 games I'm playing at the moment are really awesome. EVEN COD2 which from what I hear no one likes. I do though.

Played healthy doses of both PDZ and CoD2 multiplayer tonight, both of which were quite simply defining gaming experiences for me. Both games are gorgeous, and aside from a few issues with PDZ (playing with two others on the same console against people on XBL and their bots while trying to play streaming music from my PC at the same time), each game was everything I expected them to be.

PDZ multiplayer is like Halo, but faster, with many more weapons & gadgets, and with bots. Good bots. Maybe not quite up to Halo standards, but damn close. I just wish I could jump, though. Goddamn Rare and their unwillingness to put jumping in their FPSes.

CoD2 multiplayer is, in a lot of ways, just as addictive. I have issues with a couple maps (like the open field ones that are havens for experienced snipers who know the good camping spots), but anything with buildings is just a blast. The Bren is broken as hell.

I've only tackled PDZ on LIVE once. I've really been into the campaign on CoD2 and I haven't gotten online with it yet either. I'm just so addicted to both campaign's that I haven't even gone full throttle online yet. BUT PDZ did rock on LIVE. Great weapon selections, for sure.
