Rest In Peace
Oh, and wwe.com has a bunch of clips from Monday night's RAW tribute show.
I don't really know how to describe it. Seeing all these huge men, these weekday warriors, who literally make their living shedding blood & sweat battling each other, just break down crying... something in me changed, seeing that. Seeing Chris Benoit break down, sobbing uncontrollably... Seeing Rey Mysterio have to take off his mask because he needs to wipe away the tears... It makes me realize that these men who are modern-day gladiators are, underneath it all, ordinary human beings like all of us. They shed tears just like the rest of us, perhaps easier than the rest of us. And if even the most hardened warrior is capable of crying like a child, what else is sure in life? Damn.

yeah, when Benoit started talking, i started crying.
I've been watching Benoit since 1990, Eddy since 94 or so. They have been up and down the road together for years. It's sad b/c he's got a family and was just too damn young. There's only so much pressure the human heart can take, but it's enough to know that he's at peace with himself and that he overcame all of his demons.
in 1997, he totalled his car, turned it over doing 130 mph, but lived through that. Divine intervention, you may want to call it, but he came back from that, got his family together, beat his addictions, and became only the 2nd latino wrestler to hold the world heavyweight title in the WORLD.
R.I.P. eddy, you'll be missed....

Re: Sorry
Uh... Seemed to me like he was talking about something that happened, not an opinion. It's not like he was of the opinion that he was crying. I'd think he'd know if he was or not.cake2017 wrote:Well thats your opinion and well its your opinion.jayt11 wrote:yeah, when Benoit started talking, i started crying.
