What happened on the 2/12/05 episode of FullMetal Alchemist?

Man, Greed is awesome. He got the top of his head knocked off with a hammer and just grew it back. Damn.

Ed's gonna have to break him apart molecule by molecule to defeat him, if he ever does.

ok wtf....is his skin just so tough its like metal? Also that one scene where that girl tried to take control of Al was funny as hell.

Man that mustve hurt when Izumi punched that guy and broke her fingers. The worst part is when she did transmutations after that and had to clap her hadns together and them slam them on the ground...high level of pain right there.

Im always wondering...how stupid is Greed to want a metal body? I mean...wouldnt he live forever in that one? Or can homonculi age and die?

One last thing...are you getting sick of that chimera guy? The one who's head is upside down? I mean ive hated him ever since what he did to his wife and daughter but now that hes more of a sniveling little coward...kinda pisses me off more :/

Tucker needs to die, I agree.

I guess the homunculi are mortal even though they aren't human. That's the only reason Greed would be so concerned with immortality.

They are mortal in one way only. There is only one thing can defeat them and Greed wishes for immortality to remove that one curse. Generally, on a day-to-day basis, they are completely immortal.

Well...the death of Greed was actually pretty sad :/ He was a kickass character too dude! Crap...

Well at least now we know how to get rid of all the homonculi. One thing bugs me though.....Wrath...will Ed have to present the remains of his mom or the remains of that baby? I mean it seemed like it took Wrath more than one illegal ressurection attempt to be brought back so...ack

I wonder who the hell they were trying to bring back when they made Gluttony, Lust, Sloth, and Envy..not to mention Pride who hasn't made an appearance yet :/

It's never really revealed the origins of Gluttony, Envy, and Pride. Envy and Pride I just might have missed or it was so fast it didn't register fully, but Pride had such a "small" role when he appears it's kinda hard to remember.

Well, the initial resurrection of Wrath was through Izumi's child, but after he was killed, his body not fully developed, his "mind" and "soul" were held between the Gate until Ed came along where his arm and leg were stolen to make him whole; so he then became corporeal.

At least, that's what I think. It's merely speculation on what I've gathered throughout the series and is something you could easily suspect now, so I offered to share my opinion on that one.

Greed opened the path for Ed to take out the rest of the Homonculi. It's not really known whether he was "good" or "bad". He was kinda in between... His own greed is all that mattered, whether is was for good or bad that he recieved it.

Man those Ishbalans are hypocrits -_-. They don't want to be treated that way just because they are Ishbalan, but they don't mind doing it to someone who doesn't believe in the same thing as them. Yeah im starting to actually dislike them myself.

And Scar is just nuts. He wanted to kill Ed for trying to make a Philosopher stone, but now he wants to make one himself...its like the whole damn world turned upside down.

Eds gonna have to learn that killing someone who wants to rip your head off isn't that evil of a deed...I mean come on.

Haha, yeah. It gets a little bit weird like that; motivations and morals are tested, observed, and changed. Just look at it from their point of view: The world HAS turned itself upside down into something completely different from what they figured it to be.

Eh well..that musta sucked...I would have ended up throwing the bone at the colonel. How long will they continue this little Flame Alchemist side story? Is it just a one episode thingy?

Oh and it was funny as hell with Armstrong's daughter picked up that piano like that. I almost spit out my drink...randomness....yay!

This episode was the revelation of who Sloth is: none other than Trisha Elric, Ed and Al's mother. Now, show of hands on who should have actually seen this? As soon as I heard Winry say who she was I was like, "Fuck! Why didn't I see that?! Damn it! I'm better than this!"

The mysteries grow deeper and we have arrived at the point in Fullmetal Alchemist where the revelations just keep on coming until the end of the series only thirteen episodes away!

The end is upon us so keep on the edge of your seats: The shit is just about to hit the fan for real, people -- and that shit just keeps on coming.
