richie's FFX progression..
FFX UPDATE:
I made Seymour eat my shit, then shit out my shit, and ate his shit that’s made up of my shit that I made him eat.../jayandsilentbob reference
Yeah, I pwned him, on the 5th try. Here's how it went:
After the 4th try, I head down the mountain again to O'aka's, and proceed to outfit my entire party with zombieward. That meant two new armor pieces, and using 150 Holy Water's to customize the rest.
So I start in again, and try to pace myself this time. I pull out aeons only when I know I'll survive the next round of attacks. Auron and Tidus have Haste, so I keep swapping them in to do their thing. I also find that using Wakka's silence buster right before Seymour keeps him from doing anything particularly nasty.
The only reason I survive the Cross Cleave attacks is because of Auron. He's at 3700 HP, which is just enough to survive the cleave, plus a hit of that zombie-inducing spear. There are a couple close calls: Seymour would throw in a turn of Full-Life, and miraculously missed.
In the end, it was Kimahari who dealt the final blow. With Seymour down to ~2000, Kima pulls out Fire Breath, and roasts that blue-haired bastard.

not yet an update i will make an update shortly, but, i was playing this morning and came upon something striking .. so who wants to make 90,000 gil in a few seconds? I know i would, and I did.. heres how:
when you go to guadosalam in the second chapter save immediately when you enter, and instead of going towards the door of chatteu' leblanc go directly diagonal of the save point so you are in the underground inn.. walk up to the front desk and talk to the man. there is an option "got any data?" hit that and the man will sell you a clue for 10,000 gil, a little pricey eh? , well not so fast .. pay him, that is why you saved now if the clue he gives you is NOT "this person is in the last place you would think of" then turn the game off and pickup back at the save point, it is random so keep trying if it doesnt work the frist time, but if it is... press square at the guy you just bought the clue from, he seems interessted in buying back that clue.. and guess how much he will pay? yep thats right 100,000 gil .. this is an offer you cannot refuse and you end up making 90,000 gil for free!!!! you can't lose. so for those of you who are playing, or will play don't pass this up, you will thank yourself for doing so...

Oh, the sweet taste of defeat! playing through the rest of chapter 2 got me thinking, the game at this point wasnt as easy as the first time and i get to thank all of the easyness to the road from the Moonflow to Guadosalam, which is where i got most of my leveling up done in the begining of chapter 2. although i dont have a stat chart fopr you i will make another with my next update.. im gunna take you through a play by play of the bosses i faced...
Ormi: top of Mt Gagazet, he was apparently supposed to be hard but dropped after 2-3 attacks from each player.
Logos and Fem Goon X2: Bikanel Desert (Oasis) he too droped with a few attacks along with the fem goons going down with one ht a piece..
here is where i started swearing since it was easy as hell... anyways
Guadosalam encased 3 boss fights.. although there were 3... i yawned
Ormi, Fem Goon, Dr. Goon: again fucked them up..
Logos, Ormi: a few attacks on each and they dropped like flies..
Ormi, Logos, Leblanc (jesus, they were persistent) again same story a few attacks on each and... Done!
Now i was off to Bevelle which had 4 Boss fights 2 of which were right after the other..
Precepts Guard: HP: 3680
I used Paine's Excalibur attack which took half of his Hp, and the rest was smooth sailing, he didnt even get a hit off of me..
Georapella: HP: 4420
Again i used Paine's Excalibur, which took close to half and again it took seconds to beat him, although he did get two hits.. Blizzaga and Firaga, i had fire eater so he just ended up healing me..
now after that there was an editional thing to get an accessory called a ribbon, but not without having to fight each of these bosses again.. all the more EXP for me!
Baralai: HP 3380
although he was strong and had strong attacks, i used a chocobo feather for haste and got it done quick...
now for the challenge?? heh
Bahamut: HP: 8400
now you would think he coul fuck me up right?, well i used a chocobo feather, although he did attack me a few times i was able to defeat him before he did megaflare, the only strong attack he was able to get off of me was Impulse, and that only took 500 away, and with Yuna's HP in the 2000's that was nothing.. on to chapter 3!
So, yes, leveling up in this game is rewarding in many ways.. Gil, Items and the ability to massacre bosses, all in a days work, i shall give you a stat chart in my next update..
