The 1st person perspective is interesting. For a video game movie, I think it looks ok. I mean, Ewe Boll isn't directing it, so that's a plus. Just as long as The Rock doesn't do any signature moves that don't belong (rock bottom, people's elbow, etc.) I think it'll be fine. Oh yeah, it's rated R, so hopefully there'll be lots of gore and cussing.

I couldn't figure out if i was watching a video game trailer or a movie trailer. Going to see it though, absolutely.

Idk...id rather play a video game than watch someone play it. Watching it will just make me wanna play the game more. I mean thats what hte trailer did.

Yeah I never finished Doom 3...got sick of it on the final stretch.

Are you gonna put this and that Halo movie on that radio? That would make me wanna listen even more

So a few friends of mine and I went to see Doom on The Strip tonight. Before it started, Jabar (friend of mine), told me the couple a few rows up were gonna be fucking during the movie. I laughed and Doom began. Great movie. I never stopped smiling during the first person sequences. So great.

After the movie, the girl a few rows up appeared from the floor and the dude put his shirt on.

Doom is good. Go see it if you haven't yet.

Doom doesn't SUCK by any means. ESPECIALLY for a video game based movie. Whoever said that is sadly full of shit.

As unfaithful as the movie might be to the game, I will concur that it does not suck. Quite the contrary, in fact.

Yeah, it was better than I thought it was going to be. And that first person sequence is just pure drool.
