Ok, first off, I have been one of the biggest fans of Napoleon dynamite. I was within the very first to join the fan club, and saw it in theaters. I bought it the day it came out on dvd, and own the movie poster, soundtrack, a vote for pedro t-shirt, a skills t-shirt, and other movie memorbillia.

Pedro is a Mexican dude from Warez (impling that he ran in from Mexico) who decides about 38 minutes into the movie to run for president. Pedro does not speak completely fluently as you may notice from the "build her a cake" line.

I would be happy to answer any other Napoleon Dynamite questions.
