AdrenaLAN October LAN aka AdrenaLAN Frenzy -> Oct. 15-16

Instead of the typical 5v5 CS Tournament LAN, with the help of d1ngo, AdrenaLAN is organizing and running a different kind of LAN this month:

Friday at 5:00 <Soul Calibur 2>
Friday at 8:00 <Mario Kart Double Dash>
Overnight LAN @ AdrenaLAN
Saturday at 12:00 <NCAA Football>
Saturday at 4:00 <Halo Free For All>
Saturday at 8:00 <Super Smash Brothers Melee>

Cash Prizes and Free Giveaways!

Entry as follows:

$30 For All-Package
<Includes Entry to All Tournaments +Overnight>

$10 Per Tournament
<Self-Explanatory>

$10 Overnight Fee
<$10 Covers overnight stay fee, starts at 2:00 AM, ends at Noon>

Sweet, there's some Gamecube action going on. I want to play. By the way, do you guys have Counter Stike: Source yet?

Newman, the other owner, has one CS Source acct... he will be around on Friday night, I am sure he would let you play on his acct... but no, we don't have Source on all of our steam accts. yet

You should have a Donkey Konga tournament sometime. Also, do the packages include food like pizza or anything, or is that seperate?

No, no food included (possibly drink and snack discounts), although we will most likely have pizza coupons, or maybe some free pizzas to give out as prizes.

The tournament went well.. it was good to have some console action for a change...

Unfortunately, that was our last LAN, and AdrenaLAN will be shutting down at the end of this month. It has been a great 17 months.. and thanks for having 3 great BreakmanX parites here.. if anyone is interested in some or all of our equipment, pm me or email dherb@ku.edu

PS - We are also trying to sell the Street Fighter II Ultra arcade machine (it is a 1942 modified), asking $250, pm me with all bids.

Yeah, that really blows. A-LAN will be sorely missed, as the BMX crew doesn't have another place to do partys. I don't think we'll find a place as cool around here...
