Upsidedown

Post by loosecannon »

Man, my DC, now thats a story. To play it i have to turn it upside down and set about 40lbs, well not really of books on it for it to read the CD. Have you heard any of these probs? All that for some Soul Calibur, it just bugs me still.

i have a friend that has some problems like that. Only he doesn't have to add weight. He has to place his DC upside down so that the lens doesn't scracth his cds. It really sucks. I've seen some of his disc they look really bad. Also it really makes a lot of noise when it scracths the disks.

its not really funny it seems to be a defect of the DC console. I mean sure i love the DC but i see the flaw for what it is.

My Dreamcasts (yes that's plural, I've gone through about 5) have always been noisy, and prone to not working after a while due to Phantasy Star Online addiction, but I've never had to physically alter the machine's position or anything to make it work.

Did you ever drop it before having this problem? You can find them brand new for $50 if it's that big of a deal ;)
