After all the frustration of trying to embed I can barely remember why I'm posting a link to this video in the first place. Well, fans of FF7 will feel all gooey inside as soon as the video starts up. The classic battle theme plays and the familiar beeps and clicks make a return. Could Crisis Core be a great game?
Well, sounds and music alone don't make a great game. Like many FF7 fans, I was skeptical of Crisis Core. With Square's last FF7 universe outing, Dirge of Cerberus, we saw just how badly square could mess up the great universe of FF7. I'll admit it, I'm scared of Crisis Core. Action RPGs are not really my thing, and this doesn't seem to be bringing anything new to the genre. However, with it's impressive graphics, nostalgic music and limit breaks, Crisis Core may finally be a great FF7 spin-off we've all been waiting for.
