…too bad this has nothing to do with it. It’s been kind of a slow week for me. I haven’t picked up a new
game in a while. I did receive FF12 recently, but with all the recent FF12 postings lately,
I’ve decided not to go on about how amazing it is. I guess you can expect a
review soon from some of us. Possibly multiple reviews from all us. So I’ll
talk about a new demo that were released on Xbox 360, Rainbow Six. I wanted to
also try out Eragon, but I couldn’t find it anywhere on marketplace.
Rainbow Six is pretty amazing in terms of graphics. They’re
probably some of the best I’ve seen on the 360. Although, while moving you can
see some jaggies in the backgrounds and texture which is a little annoying. There
are also a few occasional hiccups and slowdown when you get into a real
gunfight. The game has some cool gameplay mechanics. The ability to lean
against walls to aim is very fluid and easy to use. You’ll be doing it all the
time. The feeling you get when killing your enemies is just great….just great…
Of course when the demo ends, a whole slew of ememies come out of nowhere, soon
followed by the “Buy Rainbow Six Now!” screen, leaving me drooling for more. I’ll
probably be picking this up.
You can really tell I had a slow when I have nothing better
to than talk about than a demo. I’m enjoying FF12 immensely. The whole world
feels a lot like Tactics Advance, which I love so much. I can’t wait to see
some more familiar faces. So far I’m level 2 and traveling the Giza Plains.
Hopefully we can post our progresses in the fourms, who’s willing to start?
