How ya doin? Michael, the short intern here, having soaked in all the press conferences throughout the day that are getting us psyched up for E3 coming up quick. Being E3 and Los Angeles virgins, Mitchell and I really didn’t know what to expect.
Flying in just a couple of days ago, we got our fair share look at the city. Ghettos are just a wrong turn away, and people like to play at playgrounds at 1 in the morning. Also, traffic. AIN’T NURTHIN LIKE KANSAS I TELL HYA WHUT.
But Mitch and I got the pleasure of actually attending the Microsoft Xbox Press Conference this Monday morning. Needless to say, we were quite stoked.
It blew our minds. From new enemies in Halo 4, to another Splinter Cell game, to South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker’s hilarious game and improv on stage, we didn’t care if Joe Montana pretended to know what the hell he was doing. It was our first E3. And even though it was our first, I’m sure everyone that was at the conference had their inner-girl screaming “Yeah!” when Usher came on stage.
All-in-all, today was an exciting day, and expect a lot more articles, trailers, and what not coming up these next couple of days as we help the rest of the Padinga crew tackle E3.
