Dear Reader,
I like Telltale Games, and I like “Jurassic Park,” so I can’t think of any real reason not to be interested in this, but is anyone else just kind of not getting there? You have to wonder what the impetus is for this title now. Is it because Spielberg is ruminating about JP4? Does Telltale just really love the first movie, and now they’re in a position to do a little fan service?
Either way, they look to be doing a faithful rendering of the subject matter, which is all you can ask for in this world. I’m going to try and keep an open mind here.

Well, I think there’s a gap that needs to be filled with an awesome JP game.
Sadly, this will not be it.
The voice acting sounds bad, we all know the plot already, and the framerate looks like complete ass.
One thing certainly holds true to the dinosaur theme though, and that’s the style of point-and-click gaming. It walked alongside the dinosaurs, so I’d say to expect a truly fossilized ride in the wayback machine.
Those glowy-eye dinosaurs are a little suspect as well. Still, I gotta give them credit for getting the feel of the original movie dead-on.
