Champions Online (a.k.a. City of Heroes 2) has relaunched today as Champions Online Free For All. Using the increasingly-popular free-to-play-pay-for-extras system being adopted by more and more MMOs, the game will now be playable by the general public for free. Nothing. Zero. Zilch. Shinola.
