I’ve lived an up and down life, growing up in a small city
with a bad reputation. From early on in my life, I was always interested in
technology and gaming. I grew up on the Nintendo, Sega, and Playstation, and of
course I still game today. I started really getting my first memories when
games started becoming cinematic on the Playstation 1. From that point on, my
standards for video games are quite high. Some of my favorite games are mainly
RPGs. Those include Final Fantasy series, Suikoden, Front Mission 3, and Metal
Gear Solid. I got my first computer in
1997 and let’s just say that it destroyed my outside life. Early on I was
forced into playing sports, and was constantly pushed on to become better.
However, over time I realized that my interest in sports was fading, and I gave
up. Like any other gaming nerd, my morale was constantly destroyed in the
classroom, which could probably explain why I am so messed up today.
Back in 03, I discovered shoutcast and began searching for gaming talk shows.
Breakmanx’s The Game Show was the only thing on the list at the time so I had
to give it a listen. What I heard that day changed my opinion on gaming
podcasts as a whole. The hosts were quick witted, really passionate about
games, and weren’t afraid to speak their minds. From that day onward I knew
that Breakmanx.com was something special, and I just had to be a part of it.
If there is one thing to remember about me, it’s that I’m
never serious. If you begin to take what I say seriously at times, then you’re
going to find yourself blocking me within a few days. Nowadays I’m usually
sitting at home with tool queued up in my media player of choice, working on
whatever I see fit.
